There can be an issue with the HIPAA forms Submit button not showing correctly. There wording is there, but the icon and button are not showing. This can be with the Gravity Default Form Theme. If you are using the "Orbital Theme (Recommended)" this issue can occur. Switch to the Gravity Forms 2.5 Theme (Forms/Settings/Default Form Theme).
The issue is that the orbital theme adds all: unset; This overrides the Plugin CSS.
