HIPAA forms offers a customizable form status.  Here are the steps:


HIPAA Forms/Settings/Forms Status – Enable Status and add the needed status options for your forms.  These status codes are available across all forms.   Here is an example.


Then, when viewing a specific form, you can update the status on the left panel:


Once the status has been assigned, it will appear on the dashboard:


Finally, you can filter these status from the dashboard.  By choosing one of the status codes and hitting search, a list of on the forms with that status will be listed:
