This document discusses the use of the location field and how to use the notifications with defined locations.

When you have a form with the location field defined and you use the Form Customization option for Notification Email (Settings, Form Setting, Custom Notification Email), that location email will receive a notification.  There is no need to enter an email in the “Emails to send notification to…” field.


Below shows a test example.



Below is the notification email that is received.  It goes to the Location email (Office0@gmail.com) and the Send Email Notification To: under Settings, Notifications (edpaulsen@yahoo.com).

All the other fields can be matched up with he Form Settings above.
